More and more heating systems are built up with vertical main pipes towards and from the boiler. Therefore we have developed vertical versions, irrespective of the known horizontal air and dirt separators.

Functionality in combination with an optimal result
 
By optimizing the shape of the vertical air and dirt separators we aim at reducing head losses. The design has been carefully examined in order to guarantee the lowest resistance despite the vertical shape of the appliances. This contributes to a progressive separation of impurities and air. The deaerator DISCAL® is capable of removing automatically all the air present in the system which is continuously formed down to micro-bubble level. The dirt separator DIRTCAL® is able to completely separate the impurities in the circuit down to a minimum particle size of 5 µm. The consequent head losses are greatly reduced and are not affected by the amount of impurities collected.
